# Customizing the AI Workbench Desktop App UI

You can customize the appearance of the AI Workbench Desktop App to your liking. Listed below are the customization options available.

## Switch to Dark Mode

To switch the Desktop App to Dark Mode, follow these steps:

1. Click the Settings **Gear** in the top right side of the Desktop App.
2. Click the **Appearance** tab in the Settings Window.
3. Select **Dark Mode** from the preferred theme settings.
4. Close the **AI Workbench Settings** window.

## Set the Appearance to your System Theme

If you prefer to let the Desktop App automatically match your system theme, you can set the Appearance to your System Theme. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Click the Settings **Gear** in the top right side of the Desktop App.
2. Click the **Appearance** tab in the Settings Window.
3. Select **Auto (System)** from the preferred theme settings.
4. Close the **AI Workbench Settings** window.
