How do I uninstall AI Workbench?
You can uninstall through a combination of shell commands and the typical uninstall process for programs on your OS.
Differences in Operating Systems
Windows has more steps due to the use of WSL2. It also requires manually removing a few easily located folders.
Ubuntu 22.04 and macOS are very straightforward.
Main system dependencies that are installed by AI Workbench will be removed, but those only upgraded will remain upgraded.
How Dependencies are Handled
Git and Git-LFS will not be uninstalled or downgraded, even if it was a net-new install.
Net-new container runtimes will be uninstalled unless you installed Docker Desktop on Windows or macOS.
Drivers will not be uninstalled, even if AI Workbench installed them for you.
