Serialize the given GPU evidence to JSON.

Serialize the given GPU evidence to JSON.

On success, out_serialized_evidence will point to a newly allocated nvat_string_t that contains the serialized evidence in JSON format.

The caller assumes ownership of the out_serialized_evidence See NVAT String
