PertNet 2022

PertNet 2022 v7 was originally described in the GEARS publication. This dataset comprises Single Cell data that has undergone various perturbations, including targeted CRISPR knockdowns. We specifically utilize the Adamson et al. subset of the dataset. This paper employed Perturb-seq to study the mammalian unfolded protein response process and involves human-derived cells.
