How to request support for DGX Cloud Lepton
As part of DGX Cloud Lepton, you will receive an entitlement for the NVIDIA Enterprise Support Portal (ESP) from your NVIDIA Technical Account Manager (TAM). You will need to register for ESP access following the instructions provided by your TAM.
Once registered, you can file support cases through ESP by clicking the Support Portal link in the Support dropdown menu in the top right of the DGX Cloud Lepton dashboard.

You can also send feedback for non-urgent issues or general comments by clicking the Send Feedback link. Note that a response is not guaranteed when using this feedback option.
