Legal Disclaimer: The system software 2.0.0 GA release is only for the target product DGX GB200 NVL72 and cannot be used for any other product.

Note

Action required: Upgrade for NVLink Recovery

In release 2.0.0, NVLink Recovery remains enabled by default. To ensure proper functionality and system stability, you must upgrade all components in the rack to release 1.3.2 or later, including compute nodes and NVSwitch.

Failure to upgrade the entire rack may lead to incompatibility issues and unexpected behavior during NVLink Recovery operations.

Note

Action required: Upgrade for TPM firmware 15.25

Infineon has published a firmware update for the SLB9672 TPM module used on DGX GB200 and DGX GB300 compute trays. The update addresses a known security vulnerability in the TPM firmware and is recommended by the NVIDIA SW and Security teams as a security update. The TPM ships disabled by default on NVIDIA DGX GB200 and DGX GB300 systems, so most deployed systems are not exposed to this vulnerability. The update is available if you have enabled and are using the TPM. Refer to the README.txt file included with the TPM firmware for update instructions.

Note

Action required: Upgrade for NVMe firmware

Optional Samsung firmware GDC7902Q for PM9A3 drives is available with this release for systems that use Samsung drives.

Refer to Updating NVMe Device Firmware — NVIDIA DGX B300 Firmware Update Guide for the NVMe Device Firmware update instructions.
