Action required: Upgrade for NVLink Recovery

In release 1.0.10 NVLink Recovery remains enabled by default. To ensure proper functionality and system stability, you must upgrade all components in the rack to release 1.0.5 or later, including compute nodes and NVSwitch.

Failure to upgrade the entire rack might lead to incompatibility issues and unexpected behavior during NVLink Recovery operations.
