Ball grid array, multi-chip module that contains the automotive-qualified NVIDIA® Tegra® processor + DRAM that then resides on a small interposer circuit card containing the PMIC and default eMMC and NOR flash memory for the system. The VCM interposer board contains a large passive heat sink on top of the VCM and the edge of the interposer circuit board plugs into the base board via a DIMM connector.
