MCU Device Types
On the DRIVE AGX Platform, the Safety MCU provided is the Infineon AURIX TC397X. There are two device types for AURIX, Step-A and Step-B, which are not software compatible. Consequently, a different binary for A step and B step must be used. The A-Step device is supported by Electrobit AUTOSAR firmware and NV IFW. However, B-Step is supported using NV IFW Version 1.30 or higher ONLY.
