Detailed Description

This group of APIs provide access to a variety of utility functions that are implemented in DeepStream.

Modules
	Custom message functions
	Helper functions for custom GStreamer messages posted by DeepStream GStreamer plugins.
	DeepStream Version API
	Defines an API for querying the current DeepStream version number.
	GStreamer event API
	Specifies GStreamer custom event functions.
	Query Functions
	Gets information such as the batch size and the number of streams.
