This release contains model updates outlined in the following sections.

Gemma-4-26B-A4B-IT#

This is an updated release of Gemma-4-26B-A4B-IT. This NIM is part of the NIM Certified offering. For more information on this model, refer to the model card.

For GPU support, refer to the support matrix for Gemma-4-26B-A4B-IT.

Note the following limitation:

  • On NVIDIA A10G GPUs, the maximum context length is limited to 180,000 tokens instead of 262,144. This SKU runs the model across four, 24 GB GPUs, and the memory remaining after model weights is insufficient to reserve KV cache for the full context. All other supported GPUs provide the full 262,144-token context.
