System Overview#
The NVIDIA RTX Spark is an ARM-based System-on-Chip (SoC) designed for high-efficiency Windows laptops. The following figure shows its major functional units.

Key Specifications#
CPU: Highest end SKU will have a 20-core CPU with ARM v9.2 architecture, split into two clusters of 10 cores each. Each cluster has a mix of 5 performance cores (Cortex-X925) and 5 efficiency cores (Cortex-A725).
GPU: Integrated GPU (iGPU) based on Blackwell architecture.
Memory: Up to 128 GB of LPDDR5, shared by the CPU and iGPU. The interface is 256 bits wide, with a bandwidth of 300 GB/s. The memory is fully coherent.
