The Red Hat AI Factory with NVIDIA is a co-engineered solution. Support is provided through a collaborative model between NVIDIA and Red Hat to ensure seamless resolution of issues across the entire hardware and software stack.

How to Get Support#

To receive the fastest resolution, please identify the component related to your issue and follow the corresponding path:

  • For NVIDIA Components: For issues involving NVIDIA AI Enterprise (NVAIE) software, NVIDIA NIM microservices, GPU drivers, or NVIDIA Kubernetes Operators, open a support case via the NVIDIA Enterprise Support Portal.

  • For Red Hat Components: For issues involving Red Hat OpenShift, OpenShift AI (RHOAI), or Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), open a support case via the Red Hat Customer Portal.
