To build the html files, please follow the following steps.

requirements

1.python 2.sphinx 3. breathe extension

installation

pip install sphinx pip install breathe

1. Add the API rst files into the index.rst

2. then run make html

3. copy custom.css and pk_scripts.js into _build/html/_static
