--get_phy_info

Query all ports for phy information.

--get_ppamp

Query all ports for PPAMP (Port Phy opAMP data), works with --get_phy_info.

--show_cap_reg

Dump capability registers (hidden by default), works with --get_phy_info.

--reset_phy_info

Query and clear all ports phy information.

Query HCA ports for PCI information.
