Installation and Configuration

Mount the systems rails (Part E) onto the chassis:

1. 1. Attach the switch to the left and right system rails (Part E).

   2. Secure the assembly by pushing the chassis’ pins through the slider key holes, until a click is heard and locking occurs.

Install 8 captive nuts (Part A, round or square), as shown in the illustration:

Mount the rack rails (Part D) onto the rack using screws B (2 screws per side):

*Do not tighten the screws yet.

1. 1. Slide the rails installed on the system into the channels in the rear rack rails.

   2. Tighten the rails (part E) to the rack, using screws B (2 screws per side).

*Route the required cables through the designated window (right/left/both). Plug the cables.

1. 1. Slide the air duct panel (Part C) towards the switch system.

   2. Tighten the captive screws on both sides to further secure the system to the rack's posts.
