System Requirements

For detailed hardware requirements, supported GPU configurations, and system setup instructions (Docker, NVIDIA Drivers, Container Toolkit), refer to the Support Matrix.

Client Software

The client examples in the Quickstart Guide require the following software on the host that sends requests:

  • Python 3 with the requests package (for example, pip install requests)
  • curl

NGC (NVIDIA GPU Cloud) Account

  1. Create an account on NGC

  2. Generate an API Key

    Only Personal API Keys or Service API Keys are supported. Legacy API keys are not supported and will result in a failed docker pull.

  3. Log in to Docker with your NGC API key (enter the key as the password when prompted).

Accept License Terms

Before pulling the container, visit the ProteinMPNN NGC page and click Accept Terms under the Governing Terms section on the Overview tab. This only needs to be done once per NGC organization.
