Can I use an external model to embed a column?

Yes. Generate the embeddings with the external text, image, audio, or other model before ingestion, then provide them as an equal-length list of floating-point values in each row.

Configure the resulting column with the sequence semantic type so Kumo treats it as an embedding input. All non-null values in the column must use the same embedding dimension.
