QM9700/QM9790 Dismantling Instructions
To dismantle the system, perform the following steps, while viewing the matching illustrations. To view the amounts of each component in your system, refer to the Component List below with the item number in the brackets. Once you are done dismantling all switch components, make sure you have all the below listed screws, nuts and Washers.
Note: The images in the following table are provided for illustration purposes only. The components may slightly vary, depending on the system family and specific model.
Note: Be cautious when disassembling the switch, as this is a BareDie system, including an exposed silicon ASIC.

Disassemble the Fan Modules (#1) and the Power Supply Units (#2). 
|

Unscrew all screws (#a) securing the Top Cover (#3) to the System's Base, and remove it. 
|

Remove the Heatsink (#4) from the System's Base by unscrewing all screws and removing all wedges (#b, c). You may use a dedicated jig* as shown in the figure - Press the pin while inserting the jig into the dedicated holes. 
*Jig PN -MTCJXXXX. For assembly instructions, please contact your NVIDIA representative. |

Remove the SSD Card Screw Holder (#5) and MEM Module (#6). Locate the Coin Battery (#7) under the designated latch, and remove it.

Disconnect the Power Harness between the Fan Board and the Power Extender (#8) from both sides.

Disconnect the Harness from the Fan Board to the Main Board (#9) from both sides. 
|

Unscrew all screws and washers (#a) securing the Front Panel (#10) to the System's Base Bottom, and remove it. 
|
8. |
Unscrew all screws attaching the Main Board (#11) to the System's Base (#d, e) and remove it. 
|

9. |
Remove all COMEX Patch Spacers (#12), and take out the CFL-H COM Express Module (#13). 
|
10. |
Unscrew all screws (#d) attaching the Fan Board (#14) to the System's Base.
