Description: Fixed the setting of ATS for DMABUF MRs that caused some MRs to miss the ATS enablement. Lack of ATS enablement on DMABUF MRs results in slower performance when using these MRs.

Description: Enabled Bridge Offload in mlx5_core by default.

A new option was added to the configure of mlnx_ofa_kernel to disable it: "--without-bridge-offload”.

To use this option from “mlnxofedinstall --add-kernel-support” (kernel modules rebuilding), add the following to the command line: "--kernel-extra-args --without-bridge-offload”.
