Description: Incorrect actions during a reboot, specifically in initiating the iDRAC interface, can impact the successful initiation of the High-Availability (HA) configuration after a reboot or power cycle. This occurs only if the user remanufactures the UFM Enterprise Appliance from ISO file. For more information, refer to Appendix - Deploying UFM Appliance from an ISO File.

Workaround: Change the crontab option in UFM Enterprise Appliance via the OS shell #crontab -e:

to:

            

            
@reboot sleep 240 && /sbin/ip link set up dev idrac
