The OpenFold2 NIM is configured to run on a single GPU, and supports input sequences with length less than (or-equal-to) 2048 AAs.

Note

The GB10 features 128GB of LPDDR5x unified memory shared between CPU and GPU, providing seamless memory access across the Grace Blackwell Superchip architecture.

Storage#

NVIDIA recommends at least 80GB of disk space. The container is roughly 55GB. Additionally, at startup, the NIM downloads model parameters (roughly 10GB) if they are not present on the local filesystem.
