IRuntimeOptionsHost is an interface that provides runtime option communication from the layer to the host.

The implementation is on the host side. The layer is connected by using the IRuntimeOptionsLayer::setRuntimeOptionsHost(IRuntimeOptionsHost* pRuntimeOptionsHost).
