Overview#
NVIDIA Enterprise is a software license that grants a customer access to two software product suites: NVIDIA AI Enterprise and NVIDIA Omniverse Enterprise.

In addition to providing security, reliability, manageability, and support, NVIDIA AI Enterprise also includes features only available with a subscription, such as production branches, NIM microservices, and NVIDIA vGPU software. |
Omniverse Enterprise |
NVIDIA Omniverse™ Enterprise provides a supported environment for taking your applications and workflows into production. Integrate OpenUSD, NVIDIA RTX™ rendering technologies, and generative physical AI into your tools and workflows. Benefit from direct access to NVIDIA technical experts globally so that you can quickly address issues and minimize downtime. |
This guide covers the entitlement, packaging, and licensing of NVIDIA Enterprise. It is intended to be a quick reference to understand the product at a high level, with the corresponding SKU information.
This guide is not intended to replace or contradict the End User License Agreement (EULA). Refer to the EULA for more detailed information.

NVIDIA AI Enterprise#
NVIDIA AI Enterprise is a cloud-native software platform that streamlines the development and deployment of production-grade AI solutions, including generative AI, computer vision, speech AI, and more. Easy-to-use microservices optimize model performance with enterprise-grade security, support, and stability, ensuring a smooth transition from prototype to production for enterprises that run their businesses on AI.
Exclusive software and features only available with the purchase of NVIDIA AI Enterprise include:
NVIDIA NIM, a set of easy-to-use microservices designed to accelerate the deployment of generative AI.
Production branches and long-term support branches are used to ensure API stability while maintaining security.
NVIDIA vGPU for Compute software that enables the NVIDIA GPU to be virtualized and is supported to run on leading hypervisor platforms.
NVIDIA Enterprise Support for production deployments through the full backing of NVIDIA experts, globally, with service-level agreements (SLAs) response times.
NVIDIA AI Enterprise software is supported on prior and current generations of NVIDIA GPUs for deployment flexibility. Customers are required to deploy it on NVIDIA-Certified Systems in order to be supported. Customers have the option to deploy on bare-metal systems as well as supported Kubernetes-based and virtualized environments.

NVIDIA AI Enterprise - IGX is a separately licensed product, and is NOT part of the NVIDIA Enterprise license. NVIDIA AI Enterprise - IGX, an enterprise-grade software solution for edge AI, is purpose-built for mission-critical applications running on NVIDIA IGX Orin platforms. It provides performance, security, stability, and support for the entire software stack that consists of AI frameworks, SDKs, libraries, AI safety software, and enterprise drivers. NVIDIA Omniverse™ Enterprise provides a supported environment for taking your applications and workflows into production. Integrate OpenUSD, NVIDIA RTX™ rendering technologies, and generative physical AI into your tools and workflows. Benefit from direct access to NVIDIA technical experts globally so that you can quickly address issues and minimize downtime.
Developers are provided with access to several samples to help them get started on the platform. These samples are unsupported, but are regularly updated to provide developers with the latest reference implementations of Omniverse Kit SDK technologies.
