NVIDIA AI Enterprise infrastructure release 7.1 updates:

Newly Supported Networking Hardware
- BlueField-3 DPUs (DPU mode) for North-South networking.
DPU Operator Support
- Integrated NVIDIA DOCA Platform Framework (DPF) DPU Operator.
- Provides cluster-wide provisioning and lifecycle management for BlueField DPUs and DOCA services.
- Enables deployment and orchestration of DPU-accelerated Kubernetes infrastructure services.
NIC Configuration Operator Support
- Delivered as part of the NVIDIA Network Operator.
- Automates firmware upgrades, configuration, and lifecycle management for NVIDIA ConnectX NICs and SuperNICs directly from Kubernetes.
