Getting The Sample Data
Download the sample data with the following command. This data will be used in the tutorial examples.
$ wget -O parabricks_sample.tar.gz \
"https://s3.amazonaws.com/parabricks.sample/parabricks_sample.tar.gz"
The tar file is 11GB and, when extracted, an additional 16GB.
Extract the data with this command:
$ tar xvf parabricks_sample.tar.gz
parabricks_sample/
parabricks_sample/Data/
parabricks_sample/Data/markdup_input.bam
parabricks_sample/Data/sample_2.fq.gz
parabricks_sample/Data/sample_1.fq.gz
