Service Keys can be created from the NVIDIA GPU Cloud (NGC) portal by selecting
Organization -> Service Keys -> Create Service Key from the upper right corner menu.
When creating a service key, you can select a service and a scope of the key. Select
Fleet Intelligence as the service and then there are 3 scopes available:
View Inventory, View Reports, and Manage Inventory. The Entity Type and Entity Value
should be set to "All Entity".
