Step #3: Install the NVIDIA GPU Operator

The GPU Operator allows DevOps Engineers of Kubernetes clusters to manage GPU nodes just like CPU nodes in the cluster. It installs and manages the lifecycle of software components so GPU accelerated applications can be run on Kubernetes.

1. In the OpenShift Container Platform web console, navigate to Operators > OperatorHub and select All Items.

2. In Operators > OperatorHub, search for the NVIDIA GPU Operator.

3. Select the NVIDIA GPU Operator and click Install. In the subsequent screen, click Install.

   

   
   

4. The Install Operator dialog screen will display, click Install.
