Stage 1: bcm-netautogen

INPUT: Rack_Inventories, siteinfo.yml, p2p_ethernet.csv
OUTPUT: Switch configuration, IP Allocations, along with server configuration

Stage 2: bcm-post-install

INPUT: network-configuration.yml, ip-allocations,yml
OUTPUT: Update BCM with rack, network, device, category, partition, UDev Rules, IPoIB; network ready for ZTP
