Telemetry to FluentD Streaming (TFS) Plugin REST API

The following authentication types are supported:

• basic (/ufmRest)

• client (/ufmRestV2)

• token (/ufmRestV3)

• Description: Get the current streaming configurations

• URL: POST ufmRest/plugin/tfs/conf
