Description: Fixed an issue where using the VMA_TCP_CTL_THREAD feature could lead to warnings or segmentation faults if a FIN packet arrived at the server immediately after the TCP SYN handshake.

Description: Fixed an issue where the system incorrectly polled for offloaded sockets even when none existed, if VMA_SELECT_POLL_OS_FORCE=1. This could result in an infinite loop. The fix ensures that OS sockets are polled when no offloaded sockets are present, regardless of the VMA_SELECT_POLL_OS_FORCE value.
