RegEx Support for Chained mbufs
A new parameter is added in the testregex application to verify it: nb_segs.
Example:
dpdk-test-regex -c 0x3 -n 1 -a 3d:00.0,class=regex -- --rules hello_world.rof2 --data hello.txt --nb_jobs 10 --nb_iter 1 --nb_segs X
