Known Issues

Description: In rare cases, the card does not come up following boot when using FW release 16.26.1040 and OFED Rev 4.7-1.0.0.1.

Workaround: Re-boot again.

Description: The lspci command shows the wrong speed and width. The device has a physical PCIe interface of x8, yet in the system the device reports a maximum PCIe width of x16.

Description: For Innova-2 Flex VPI, in Dual-port Bidirectional mode, the performance is lower than specified in the spec.

Description: FPGA images on flash should be burned using the Innova-2 Flex application. If a JTAG cable is used, it is highly recommended to perform the following actions:

  1. Burn the image to the flash

  2. Perform power-cycle

Note: It is not recommended to load the image to the FPGA and then perform system reboot, as this may leave the FPGA PCI core in an unstable state.
