For a **published** demo, submit whether you want catalog-wide visibility or restricted visibility. Requires non-blank `justification`. `name`, `description`, `tags`, `documentation`, and `publisher` must be set on the demo. `prefer_public` true requests wider visibility; false requests restricted visibility. When requesting elevation (`prefer_public` true), optional `publish_images` automatically requests that referenced images be elevated to publicly published if they are not already public. Returns **400** when referenced images need publishing for the target audience and `publish_images` is `false`. Returns **409** when another visibility or publish change is already pending.

- `air:marketplace_demo_publish` (roles: `air_demo_manager`)
