The OpenFold2 NIM runs on a single GPU, and supports input sequences with
length less than or equal to 2,048 amino acids.
GPU
The OpenFold2 NIM is supported to run on the GPU configurations below.
The GB10 features 128 GB of LPDDR5x unified memory shared between the CPU and GPU of the NVIDIA Grace Blackwell Superchip.
Storage
NVIDIA recommends at least 80 GB of disk space. At startup, the NIM downloads model parameters (roughly 5.2 GB) into the NIM cache if they are not present on the local filesystem.
CPU and System Memory
- At least 64 GB of RAM
- A CPU with at least 8 available cores
