Power Policy Administration#
The authoritative policy documentation is Power Policies. It defines current policy bundles, topology and resource-group selection, composition, idle policy, and plugin-specific fallback behavior.
This SDK page is retained as a stable entry point and does not duplicate the policy model. Use these current resources:
Power Policies for behavior and lifecycle.
Topologies for the topology import boundary.
Resource Groups for resource-group precedence.
Manage Policy Bundles and Set the Global Default for the UI workflow.
bundle for the Go
dpsctlbundle commands.
Current Go CLI documentation uses dpsctl policy bundle and
--policy-bundle. Legacy examples that show policy commands without the
bundle subgroup, or resource-group --policy and --entity-policy flags, do
not describe the current Go CLI.
