nemo_rl.distributed.ray_actor_environment_registry._reject_undeclared_extras() → None#

Fail at import if an actor names an extra that does not exist.

Without this a typo like “mcore2” builds a valid-looking uv run --locked --extra mcore2 ... and only fails when that actor first launches – and during an image build not even then, because nemo_rl/utils/prefetch_venvs.py catches the per-actor error and exits 0. The check lives here rather than in actor_environments.py because that module must stay dependency-free: docker/Dockerfile runs it from a layer where the rest of the source tree does not exist.
