Handle APB SW event triggered by the host.

Returns: The number of address-value pairs handled.

Parameters

ctxt
void *

The context pointer.

addr_val
struct AddressValuePair *

The address-value pair.

max_count
int

The maximum number of address-value pairs to handle.
