In this section we focus on how you can use MONAI Bundle on MONAI Label. It is important to highlight that depending on which Bundle you use the viewer should match with that. This means if the bundle is for a radiology application, you use 3DSlicer. If the bundle is for a Pathology application, you use QuPath… etc.
For this, we show simple steps to use the MONAI Bundle for a Radiology application on the Medical Segmentation Decathlon (MSD) Task07 Pancreas dataset.
