Spectrum X Partition
NVIDIA Spectrum-X is an Ethernet networking platform for AI workloads, pairing Spectrum-X switches with SpectrumX SuperNICs to carry east-west GPU-to-GPU traffic. SpectrumX Partitions are the network segments that Instances attach to over those SuperNICs, each identified on the wire by a VXLAN Network Identifier (VNI).
An Instance attaches to a Partition through a SpectrumX Attachment, which names the device and device instance to attach over. Attachments are managed as part of the Instance create and update requests rather than as their own endpoints.
