Delete Tenant Account

Delete a Tenant Account by ID.

Org must have an Infrastructure Provider entity, and the specified Tenant Account must have been created by that Provider. Requesting user must have PROVIDER_ADMIN role.

Tenant cannot delete a Tenant Account.
