Describe one pointer-free bounded duration term derived during compilation.
The compiler resolves the process-local ParamRef authoring token against the owning Operator factory, validates exact integral-duration conversion, and publishes only canonical signed nanoseconds and stable schema identity. Runtime never receives a member pointer, object address, local operation thunk, or C++ duration representation through this record.
