holoscan::PartitionPlacementPlanRecord

Freeze requested and accepted placement for one named execution partition.

A request that resolves a unique partition name carries its canonical nonzero partition identity and dense execution lane even if later placement validation rejects it. An unknown name carries a zero partition identity, and its execution lane has no semantic meaning. Every rejected record has an empty accepted value and a stable diagnostic.
