GPU Modes

The NVIDIA IGX Orin Developer Kit runs Holopack 2.0 Developer Preview software. Holopack is a comprehensive solution for end-to-end GPU-accelerated AI application development and testing. Holopack supports two GPU modes:

  • iGPU – Holopack is deployed with drivers and libraries to support the NVIDIA Ampere integrated GPU on the NVIDIA IGX Orin module.

  • dGPU – Holopack is deployed with drivers and libraries to support an optional NVIDIA RTX A6000 discrete GPU connected to a PCIe slot.

Note

At the time of publication of this document, iGPU and dGPU drivers cannot both be loaded at once.

Environment

Holopack 2.0 Developer Preview includes the following software:

  • Ubuntu Linux 20.04

  • BSP 35.4

iGPU software stack:

  • CUDA 11.4

  • TRT 8.5

  • CuDNN 8.6

  • DLA 3.12.1

dGPU software stack:

  • CUDA 11.8

  • TRT 8.5.1

  • CuDNN 8.7

  • GPU Driver R520
