NeMo Platform v0.5.1 is a patch release for the 0.5 release line. It focuses on Kubernetes deployment correctness for Fabric-backed agents.

What’s fixed

  • Kubernetes agent deployments now stage read-only agent roots into writable runtime directories before starting Fabric. This fixes deployments that reached a healthy state and then failed on first invocation when Fabric tried to write beside a ConfigMap-mounted agent root.
  • Staged Kubernetes agent roots are isolated per runtime lifecycle and are cleaned up when startup fails or when the runtime stops.
  • Agent deployment creation now rejects a container deployment with no resolvable image before persisting the deployment record.
  • Agent deployment creation now rejects a requested deployment mode when the configured executor cannot honor that mode, including mismatches hidden by default executor fallback.

Upgrade from v0.5.0

Update to v0.5.1 before relying on Kubernetes-hosted Fabric agent deployments. After updating the checkout or package, restart local services or redeploy the affected Kubernetes agent deployments so the deployment preflight checks and writable-root staging take effect.

Compatibility

v0.5.1 has the same compatibility target as v0.5.0.
