Retrieve tripwire events over a time range, optionally filtered by sensor, place, tripwire, object type, effective status, and result limit.

This parameter is incompatible with place. Only one of them can exist in the query.

This parameter must be used together with sensorId and it is incompatible with place.

This parameter is used to obtain effective/actual set of tripwire events. If effective events are being obtained, then only the latest tripwire event of each object will be retrieved.
