Gst-nvblender

View as Markdown

The Gst-nvblender plugin is a GPU accelerated video compositor. It accepts multiple input streams on its request sink pads and blends them into a single output stream, with per-pad control over position, size, alpha and crossfade ratio. Sink pads are composited in the order they are linked, so a pad linked later is drawn on top of (obscures) pads linked earlier.

Inputs and Outputs

  • Inputs

    • Multiple GStreamer buffers containing NV12/RGBA frame(s), one per request sink pad
  • Control parameters

    • gpu-id, selects the GPU ID used for compositing
    • Per-pad xpos, ypos, width, height, alpha, crossfade-ratio
  • Output

    • Single GStreamer buffer containing the composited NV12/RGBA frame

The following table summarizes the features of the plugin.
