Task Manager reports less dedicated GPU memory than the vGPU frame buffer

Description

In a Windows guest VM with an NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition vGPU, Windows Task Manager might report less dedicated GPU memory than the amount of frame buffer allocated to the vGPU.

This issue affects time-sliced and MIG-backed vGPUs. Task Manager reports the usable video memory after memory reserved by the host and guest driver is deducted instead of the total frame buffer allocated to the vGPU.
